In this course, you will learn each activity that allows you to identify customers' products with usage estimates and bill the recovered usage when necessary.
These functionalities allow you to identify both individual and in batch customers' products whose usage for a given period was previously estimated and requires billing adjustments. Additionally, if you encounter any issues while running these processes, such as power or network outages, or if you detect any incorrect parameters such as the number of valid months to adjust or the rate amount, you can run the process again.
